At UK Trip Saver, we strive to offer flexible and transparent travel services. However, due to the nature of flight and tour bookings, certain refund restrictions apply. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Non-Refundable Flights: Most domestic and international flight tickets booked through UK Trip Saver are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Refundable Flights: If your ticket is marked as refundable, the applicable refund will be processed after deducting airline cancellation fees and service charges.

  • Airline Cancellations: If the airline cancels a flight, refunds will be subject to the airline’s own refund policy.

3. Tour Packages

  • Cancellation Notice: Customers must notify us at least 15 days before the departure date to be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Refund Breakdown:

    • 15 days or more before departure: 75% refund (excluding non-refundable deposits or fees)

    • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund

    • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

  • No Shows & Late Arrivals: No refund will be issued if you fail to show up or arrive late for your tour or flight.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are considered non-refundable:

  • Booking fees

  • Visa or travel insurance charges

  • Special discounted offers

  • Last-minute bookings

5. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original method of payment.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes or Cancellations by UK Trip Saver

In the rare case of cancellations or significant changes by UK Trip Saver (due to operational issues, natural disasters, political unrest, or low bookings), we will offer:

  • Full refund
    or

  • An option to reschedule or transfer your booking to another tour
